We have 2 De Luxe Gypsy 4B Caravans which are fully equipped to offer cozy comfortable accommodation . We must however stress WE ARE NOT A CARAVAN PARK but rather a B&B, and our 2 Caravans are unlike any you would usually find at a Caravan Park. We also do not permit camping or tents, or any other Caravans being towed in to our premises.
Each caravan can sleep up to 4 persons in a 1 x Double Bed plus 2 x Single bed configuration. Ablution facilities are provided by way of a quaint log cabin type bathroom situated approx 15 meters from the caravans. The Bathroom has a Bath / Vanity Basin / Toilet. An Outside wash trough is also provided.
Cooking of any description in the Caravans is strictly prohibited for health and safety reasons, however guests are welcome to heat pre-cooked, pre-prepared and take-away meals in the microwave provided.
Rates differ as per each guest's requirements and the number of persons sleeping per caravan.

This is a fairly large fully equipped FAMILY or GROUP-type self-catering cottage separate from the main house and has its own entrance and exit. Max occupancy 6 persons plus baby camp cot if required.
This unit has 1 x Double Bed and 1 x single bed in the bedroom section, and then it has additional 2 x single beds in the open plan lounge area.
The open plan lounge and eating area is fully air-conditioned, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan.

The Edwardian room is a comfortable twin bed bedroom furnished with solid Imbuia ball & claw-style furnishings. This room has a shared en-suite shower, basin and toilet and is situated within the main house but also has a separate entrance onto a quaint wooden verandah / deck with 4 steps leading into the garden and pool area.
Fully air-conditioned and is equipped with a mini Bar Fridge and complimentary tea and coffee tray. A baby camp cot is available if required.

Our 4-star, well grassed caravan sites are carefully situated around our tranquil surroundings and all have electrical points. The well-maintained ablutions and scullery areas as well as the fully-equipped laundry will ensure that your stay with us is a pleasant one. For those last minute necesseties (or luxuries), our Go No Further tuckshop is open until 8pm and stocks a range of cooldrinks, sweets, alcohol and other general items.

Tent Stand with electricity - using Ablution facilities. Ablution facilities : Mens and Woman toilets. 8 x Showers with private entrances from outside. Each shower is separate. No private option for use of any showers. Showers to be shared with other campers. Option on private use only to large groups or permanent caravans.

This caravans does have an adjacent tents. This caravan is equipped with crockery, cutlery, linen, duvets, blankets, towels, double door fridge/freezer, washbasin and two plate gas stove.  1) This Caravan can sleep 4 people ( 1x double bed and two single beds) Single beds only suitable for children. Close to Ablution facilties. Each caravan has the right to a private shower. No cleaning Services daily for caravans or private showers. Toilets will be cleaned daily on a regular basis.

There are two pioneer wagons. Each wagon sleeps four. One shower is situated at the lapa. Hot water is provided by a “donkey” (the water is heated in a drum by means of an open fire under it). There are cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery in each cabin. The braai area is in the lapa. Tables and chairs are available. Next to each wagon is a little cabin.

Each cabin sleeps two. There is a toilet and basin in each cabin.  It is a self-catering facility. Bedding and towels are not provided. There is no electricity in the wagons or the cabins, but there is electricity available at the lapa.

This unit has its own private entrance and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a fridge, microwave and a small lounge also a queen size bed.

These rooms are on the first floor and the Blue Room is on the eastern side of the house so it is for the early riser. It is the warmer of rooms but has lovely views of the lake and garden.  The Green Room is on the Western Side and is cooler but still with lovely views. Both have a king size bed or twin beds with en suite bathroom with both bath and shower. The room has an overhead fan, TV with MNET and a private balcony. Tea tray provided. Access is from the entrance hall. Heater on request.

Three self catering studios - with sea view . Two rooms have double beds and one has twin beds. Each studio is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and utensils to prepare a light meal. An extra bed for one child  or one adult can be added at additional cost. A communal braai is available at the back of the guesthouse. Two studios can be connected to accommodate bigger families.
