Bed and Breakfast Tendele in Wilderness National Park is a guesthouse overlooking Island Lake you can watch the yachts sailing around the island, the colourfull sails painting pretty pictures.

Rooms

Blue Room

This room is on the first floor and on the eastern side of the house so it is for the early riser. It is the warmer of rooms but has lovely views of the lake and garden. It has a king size bed or twin beds with en suite bathroom with both bath and shower. The room has an overhead fan, TV with MNET and a private balcony. Tea tray provided. Access is from the entrance hall. Heater on request.

Green Room

This room is on the first floor and on the western side of the house. It is the cooler of rooms and has lovely views of the lake and mountains. It has a king size bed or twin beds with en suite bathroom with both bath and shower. The room has an overhead fan, TV with MNETand a private balcony. Tea tray provided. Access is from the entrance hall or the balcony. Heater on request.

The Flat

The garden flat is on the ground floor opposite the pool and is self catering or bed & breakfast. It has a king size bed or twin beds with en suite bathroom with both bath and shower. There is a sleeper couch which can sleep two children or one adult. The room has an overhead fan, TV with MNET. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a small fridge, microwave, hotplate and electric frying pan. Heater on request.

Location

The romantic resort of Wilderness lies 15 km east of George between the Kaaimans River in the West and the Goukamma Nature Reserve in the east, bordered by the Outeniqua Mountains in the north and the Indian Ocean in the south. Wilderness is renowned for its vast stretches of beach, its peace and tranquillity and the absence of windswept headlands and wild, stormy seas. The long stretch of beach embraces the mouths of the Touw and Kaaimans Rivers, and is backed by northward cliffs over which the fringe of the forest reaches down to sea level. Wilderness is set between the Kaaimans River and the Goukama Nature Reserve, whilst being bordered by the Outeniqua Mountains. Renowned for it tranquil sea and beaches which stretch on forever.
