Hanover is a small Historical Karoo Town on the N1 highway halfway between Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Trappies Koppie, adjoining the town, has a pathway to the top which offers the tourist a panoramic view of the Great Karoo and the stunning and beautiful sunsets. Marino farming is the principle activity and many of the countries breaders farm in the area.
